One Power Active Enzymes Original Liquid is the result of years of study based on nutritional science, microbiological fermentation, ancient Chinese medicine, and organic herbal medicine. Drink 30 c.c. of enzyme in original liquid before any meals every morning. For better health care, please drink 30 c.c. more before dinner or one hour before sleep.
Please sip the original liquid slowly.
Diluting with water per personal preference is allowable. Usually we suggest to dilute with four times iced or cold water, warm water, or boiling water.
It is very safe for long-lasting drinking to maintain durable health care. We suggest keep drinking for at least 3 months at the beginning.
